Via her independent business, Synergy Professional HR Consulting Inc., Stephanie provides Human Resources, compensation and staffing services for employers. Established in 2016 after many years in corporate Human Resources, Stephanie’s business model evolved from her hands-on experience leading many special projects.
She prides herself on assisting companies to become more efficient and effective, whether it is providing great staff, ensuring compliance, streamlining processes or handling global market pricing projects.
Stephanie is a Certified Human Resources professional who obtained her MBA from Pace University and an undergraduate degree in Biology at Binghamton University.
